ONE DIRECTION

Harry Edward Styles is a world renowned singer, songwriter, actor, and businessman. He kickstarted his career in 2010 when he auditioned as a solo artist on the 7th season of The X-Factor. Styles was admitted through his auditions and moved swiftly through boot camp. Ultimately, he was voted off the show. Before he left the set, he was called back on stage with Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, and Liam Payne, and the five were formed into the iconic boyband group the world knows today: One Direction. After five years of success, hundreds of awards, countless hit songs, five number one albums, six broken world records, and 19 music videos, One Direction announced an 18 month Hiatus, which is still unfortunately taking place five years later. On July 23, 2020, One Direction, along with their fans, celebrated their 10 year anniversary of being formed as a band on The X-Factor.

Harry Styles began his career as a solo artist in April of 2017 when he released his first solo single, Sign of the Times. From then on, his success skyrocketed. He released his self-titled debut solo album in May of 2017, and he completed his first tour, "Harry Styles - Live on Tour" by the summer of 2018. Following the mass success of his tour, he continued to write and create new music. In October of 2019, Harry Styles dropped the music video for the song "Lights Up," which began a new era for Styles. This era is known as the Fine Line era. He has previously claimed that this era is much more vulnerable and real for him, and that he has never been more honest in his songwriting previously. After the release of his second album, Fine Line, Harry Styles began to climb the charts. His fun and sensual song called "Watermelon Sugar" was named one of the 2020 songs of the summer.

Harry released his Calm app sleep story on July 8th, 2020 as a way of looking out for his fans' mental well-being.

Harry performed "Falling" at the 2020 BRIT awards in February, before the Coronavirus pandemic.

Harry was set to begin his second stadium tour in 2020 called Love on Tour, but it has unfortunately been postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. In the meantime, Styles' has remained busy at work for his fans. In early July, he partnered with the Calm app in reading a sleep story to reduce anxiety and promote restful sleeping. Style's is also currently filming for his second film Don't Worry Darling. This film is directed by Olivia Wilde, and Florence Pugh is a co-star along with Harry. Additionally, it was announced that Styles has invested in the building of a new Manchester arena called Co-Op Live, and will be completed by the year 2023. Needless to say, the world has a lot to look forward to in regards to Harry and his exceptional career.
